I'm starting the first day with 1 Acai capsule after breakfast, then 1 Acai after lunch. I think I'm supposed to take both the Acai and Total Cleanse at the same time, but I want to see how (and if) my body reacts to just the Acai first for a couple of days. I don't wanna end up having super colon blow lol. On another note, make sure you read the disclaimers at the bottom of the web page from which you ordered your "free trial". With mine, I had to call within 15 days of the original order date to keep from getting billed almost $150 for the "free" trials and to keep from getting billed for monthly shipments.
