Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse, PLEASE HELP!!!! really need help with this one :)?
Hi, I am a 16 female and I really want to try the colon cleanse and acai berry together and see if I lose weight. Has anyone my age-ish tried this diet and found that it works? Or doesn’t? I am 150 pound and want to lose about 15-20. Also, do you know any places that sell them both in Melbourne and how much they are? Also, if you lost weight, how much and in what amount of time? ive tied all that acai berry and colon cleanser it didn’t work for me i followed all that’s recommended eating greens exercises and all that 9yards well i just lost 2 pounds in like 3months of buyin that but by all means try and experiment by ur self good luck p.s. a lot of ppl say that it does not reilly work like they claim it does good luck

honestly, the benefit you will get (at your age/weight) will not be noticeable….
colon cleanses are more for middle aged people who are 50 pounds or more overweight…
I suggest 2 things
1.replacing everything you drink with water…only drink water.
2.simply add a veggie are EVERY meal..
acai berries are good becase they have antioxidents in them (all brightly colored fruits have them… blueberries …) they do little for weight loss…and again the provide the most benefit to older people who eat rubbish (refined sugars…processed foods) and have exposed themselves to lots of toxins through smoking, drinking.etc..

At your age, your body is still experiencing growth and development. My suggestion is to avoid supplements, etc. for now. Using suplements may be counter-productive, in that they may deter your growth and development. Exercise and moderate eating habits will be much more effective than these fad diets, and they will show much better long-term gain.

I walk everywhere that I go. I eat a good deal of food as well.
I take in about 3/4 Cup of Whole grain starches 6-8 oz of protein and a very hefty amount of steamed vegetables and fruit. In addition to that I eat a piece of fruit twice daily. Drink about 3-4 liters of water a day.
I lost 90 lbs this way. I lost 40 lbs in about a month.
I am 44 and wearing clothes that I kept from 18 for sentimental reasons.
Tell people that you can loose weight but they will always be rude/ugly. You pick. That last part is trying to cheer you up.
