Acai berries, Do they work?
Do they really work? I’ve heard a lot of hype about them over the internet but never from a real person. So i gotta ask, has anyone ever gotten results off the supplement and what would you rate it.

As anti-oxidants? Yes.
For weight loss? No.
Not one study has linked acai to weight reduction. You could just as easily lose weight by eating strawberries.

They are full of anti-oxidants so that should be good. I am not sure what results you are looking for but they sure aren’t bad that is for sure. Some people maybe claim to get energy from them and they very well could, fruit in general is a good energy boost.

Acai berries are great. I can’t start to tell you what they can do
One problem though,
Acai berries are like everything else. They only work if they are a part of a good diet and workout. They never work by themselves.
They are just a boost for your diet and workout. So if you don’t do diets or workout, they will not do much.
I rate it 8/10 with a diet and workout
