Acai berries AND a multi-vitamin?

I’ve read up on supplements named Acai Berries and I’ve really wanted to try them. However, I already take a sports multi-vitamin pill and a fish oil pill. The Acai Berries are just like a multi-vitamin but with more kick to them. I want to keep taking the multi-vitamin and the fish oil, and I want to try the Acai Berries as well. Would it be too much for my body? I really don’t know the limit of vitamins and minerals my body can take.

    Acai berry is a natural supplement. I take them myself. I take Acai + Multi vitamins. And no. Acai is not a Multi vitamin, it’s for all the things that fish oil does etc + burns loads of weight off. It’s a FRUIT in a capsual seeing it dies within one day if you have the berry itself. And probably it wont seeing Acai is a fruit. Make sure you get one what HAS no added ingredients!
