Acai Beery and Life Cleanse (pains in chest) why?

Hey so iv been taking thses Acai berry and Life Cleanse and it says to take 2 each a day on both so i combined it together and i have done reacherd and u can combined them one is like a colon cleanse and the other is like a fat burner right. Well ever sense i have been using it i have been gettin some weird pains in my chest area perhaps my heart? im not sure and im concerned do you tihnk it could be of thoses pills? or i thought they werent harmfull hm any advice? or maybe i should just take one a day mm anyways thanks
