Acai and Colon Cleanse Scam?

There has been a lot of different ads that I’ve seen about free trials of two different supplements that are to be taken together for rapid weight loss. The first is a certain brand of Acai berry pills/powder, and the second one is a certain brand of a Colon Cleanser. However, after doing a little searching, I see that a lot of those adds are scams. I just wanted to know if anyone had tried any of them and had any luck. Thanks ^-^..i need to lose weight lol
